What Are The Admission Requirements at F.I.R.S.T. Institute?

At F.I.R.S.T. Institute, we believe in providing opportunities for everyone with a passion for creative arts and media, regardless of their background or prior experience. Here are the minimum requirements for applying to our programs:

Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalent: To enroll at F.I.R.S.T. Institute, you must provide proof of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply directly. However, if you are 16 or 17, you can still apply with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Admissions Interview: Our admissions process includes a friendly interview with one of our Admissions Representatives. This helps us understand your goals and ensure our programs align with your aspirations.

Completed Application: Submit a completed application to initiate the admission process. Our team will guide you through this step.

Is There Financial Aid at F.I.R.S.T. Institute?

We understand that financing your education can be a concern, so we offer various financial aid options to eligible students. Our financial aid team is dedicated to assisting you every step of the way. Here are some of the financial aid programs available:

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): To get started with financial aid, complete the FAFSA with our school code, G41976. This is the first step in accessing federal grants, scholarships, or loans to help cover your educational expenses.

Pell Grant: Federal Pell Grants are available for undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need and have yet to earn a bachelor’s or professional degree.

Direct Student Loans: Eligible students can borrow federal student loans directly from the U.S. Department of Education through the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program.

Direct Parent PLUS Loan: Graduate or professional students and parents of dependent undergraduate students can apply for the Direct Parent PLUS Loan, provided by the U.S. Department of Education.

Does F.I.R.S.T. Insitute accept Military Benefits?

Veterans and Military Benefit: F.I.R.S.T. Institute is proud to welcome military students, including those on Active Duty, members of the Reserve or National Guard, Veterans, and their spouses and dependents. VA benefits, such as the Post-9/11 GI Bill® and Montgomery GI Bill®, can be applied to your training.

What Other tuition payment options are there?

Tuition Payment Options: We provide several tuition payment options to make education as affordable as possible, including paying in full, Tuition Options, LLC loan programs, and installment plans.
