Bernice’s compassion and deep commitment to helping students succeed have made her an invaluable member of our team. Bernice’s background—including retail management and service in the U.S. Army—has shaped the discipline, resilience, and people-first leadership style we admire today.

Since joining our organization in January 2022, Bernice has consistently demonstrated excellence, innovation, and unwavering dedication to our mission. In her new role, she will lead our financial aid department, oversee policies, and collaborate across teams to ensure we continue serving our students and community with integrity and impact.
