FROM MUSIC PRODUCTION SCHOOL TO A CAREER IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY

What do our music production school graduates do after their time at F.I.R.S.T. Institute? Hear Audio Engineering graduate Luke Segrest’s story, from his first day at the Institute to his current position with The Avengerz Production Team.

Segrest was very dedicated to the audio engineering program and had the desire to learn all of the industry technologies and techniques, according to his instructors. He was constantly working in the lab and focusing on internship opportunities while outside of the classroom. It was this drive to succeed that helped him launch a career in the music industry just months after becoming a graduate from F.I.R.S.T. Institute.

His advice to the aspiring music producers and recording artist: dedicate yourself to your passion! “Put everything you have toward that goal, work as hard as you can, and the universe will step out of the way,” Segrest said.
